Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Full-time Degree (B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech) or Diploma from a recognized university/institute in the relevant discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering).
• Experience: Varies by role, ranging from 3 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in project planning, design, or execution.
• Age Limit:

  • Chief Manager: 47 Years
  • Sr. Operations Manager: 40–45 Years
  • Operations Manager: 40–45 Years
  • (Age relaxations apply for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates as per rules).

Salary & Compensation

Pay scales are based on IDA (Pre-revised):

• Chief Manager: ₹29,100 – ₹54,500
• Senior Operations Manager: ₹24,900 – ₹50,500
• Operations Manager: ₹20,600 – ₹46,500
• Additional benefits include DA, Annual Increment, EPF, and Gratuity.

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting: Based on initial scrutiny of applications.
2. Evaluation: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview / Skill Assessment Test.
3. Verification: Final appointment is subject to credential verification and medical fitness.
