🎓 Eligibility & Experience

• For Officers (CGM to Asst Manager): B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Experience required in metro, railway, bridges, tunnels, or multi-storeyed buildings (ranges from 5 to 23 years depending on the post).
• For Engineers (Sr/Jr Grade): B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.
• For Draftsman & Surveyor: 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience in AutoCAD/Surveying for large infrastructure projects.

💰 Salary & Pay Scale

• Chief General Manager/GM: Rs. 1,20,000 – 2,80,000
• Manager: Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000
• Engineer (Junior Grade): Rs. 30,000 – 1,20,000
• Draftsman/Surveyor: Rs. 33,000 – 1,00,000 (Note: Post-superannuation consolidated pay is available for senior roles).
