🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Full-time).
- Master's Degree in Marine Engineering & Management / Ocean Structures / Structural Engineering or Coastal Engineering.
- Minimum Marks: 60% for UR/EWS and 50% for Reserved categories.
Work Experience:
- Sr. Manager: Minimum 8 years professional experience (including 5 years in design/analysis of marine structures).
- Assistant Manager: Minimum 2 years professional experience in marine structure design or numerical modelling of coastal processes.
💰 Salary & Benefits
- Sr. Manager: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000
- Assistant Manager: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000
- Additional Benefits: Medical facilities, Group Insurance, Maternity/Paternity leave, and Leave Encashment.
📝 Selection Process
- Written Test: 125 objective questions (No negative marking).
- Document Scrutiny: Verification of eligibility documents.
- Interview: Final selection based on 60% Written Test + 40% Interview weightage.
💳 Application Fee
- General/OBC: ₹600 + taxes
- EWS/SC/ST/PwBD: ₹300 + taxes (Refundable upon participation)
