Overview

The Airports Authority of India (AAI), a Schedule ‘A’ Mini Ratna Category-1 PSE, is seeking retired Short Service Commission Officers (SSCOs) from the Indian Army, Navy, Air Force, or Coast Guard to serve as Consultants on a contract basis to support Air Traffic Services (ATS) at Joint User Defence Airfields.

Eligibility Criteria

• Eligible Candidates: Retired SSCOs of Indian Army, Navy, Air Force, or Coast Guard.
• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Professional Qualification: Basic ATC Course/ATM and AL (Basic) and GCA/ATSS Course.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of cumulative ATC duties (at least 1 year at a Joint User Defence Airfield).
• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years as of 01.10.2026. (Gap since retirement must not exceed 6 years).

Selection Process

• No Written Exam.
• Selection is based solely on Application Verification and a Personal Interview.
• Merit ranking of the interview determines final selection.
