Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Company and premier Indian Public Limited Company in Professional Electronics, is recruiting for the post of Senior Deputy General Manager (Sr. DGM) – E-VIA Grade. These positions are available on a permanent basis for serving and retired Defence Forces officers.

• Ex-Navy: 04 Posts (NM Delhi - 01, WFS Vishakhapatnam, Mumbai, and Karwar - 01 each)
• Ex-Army: 01 Post (NM Delhi)
• Ex-Air Force: 01 Post (NM Delhi)

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in any discipline (Pass Class).
• Service Experience: Minimum of 20 years of service in Defence Forces.
• Rank Requirement: Colonel (Indian Army), Captain (Indian Navy), or Group Captain (Air Force) with at least 2 years of seniority in the rank.

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Pay Scale: ₹90,000 - 3% - ₹2,40,000 + admissible allowances.
