Job Overview

NABFINS Limited is seeking motivated individuals for the role of Customer Service Officer (CSO). This is a field-intensive position focused on expanding the branch portfolio and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Sourcing: Identifying new business locations and onboarding potential customers.
• Field Operations: Conducting primary verification of client credentials and Group Recognition Tests.
• Portfolio Management: Supporting disbursement activities and generating demand.
• Recovery: Following up with customers and collecting installments on scheduled dates.
• Administration: Data entry in CRIF/CMS and maintaining branch documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum PUC or 10+2 completed.
• Experience: Freshers are eligible; candidates with 1-3 years of experience in similar field-based roles are preferred.
• Mandatory Requirements:

  • Valid Driving Licence
  • Ownership of a Motorcycle
• Language Proficiency: Must be able to read, write, and speak both English and the Local Language of the applying region.
