• Associate Director (Estates, Services and Administration): 1 Post
• Senior Associate (General/Technical/HR/Risk/Recovery): 11 Posts

Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualifications

Candidates must possess degrees from recognized institutions (UGC, AICTE, ICAI, etc.) such as:

• Finance/Management: CA, CMA, CFA, MBA, PGDM, or B.Com.
• Technical: B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering.
• HR: Postgraduate degree/diploma in HRM, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations.

2. Experience Requirements

• Associate Director: Minimum 15 years of experience in PSBs, financial sector, or consulting.
• Senior Associate: Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in the respective domain.

3. Age Limit (as of 31 July 2026)

• Associate Director: Up to 62 years
• Associate Director (Estates): Up to 55 years
• Senior Associate (All): Up to 38 years

Selection Process
