Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has released a notification for the recruitment of Senior Engineers (E-III) on a Fixed Term Basis for the Export Manufacturing - SBU at the Bangalore Complex.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Full-Time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering (4 Years Course) from AICTE approved institutions/recognized universities.
• Eligible Disciplines: Electronics, ECE, Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science, IT, and Information Science.
• Minimum Marks:

  • General/OBC/EWS: 60%
  • SC/ST/PwBD: 50%
• Experience: Minimum 04 years of post-qualification industrial experience in relevant fields (as of 01 August 2026).
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (as of 01 August 2026).

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Pay Scale: ₹50,000 - 3% - ₹1,60,000
• Allowances: Dearness Allowance (DA), HRA, Conveyance, Performance Related Pay, and Medical Reimbursement.
• Perquisites: 35% of annual basic pay.
