Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Naval Architecture: Full-time regular B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering (4 Years) from a recognized university.
- Finance: Graduation plus any one of: CA (ICAI), Cost Accountant (ICMA), or a 2-year PG Diploma/Degree in Finance.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience or one year of Graduate Apprenticeship training (as of 31 July 2026).
Age Limit (as of 31 July 2026)
- UR / EWS: 28 Years
- OBC: 31 Years
- SC / ST: 33 Years
Salary Structure (Consolidated Pay)
- 1st Year: ₹35,000 per month
- 2nd Year: ₹38,000 per month
- Extended Tenure: ₹40,000 per month
Selection Process
- Written Test: (25% General Aptitude, 75% Subject-related)
- Document Verification
- Group Discussion / Interview
Final Grading: Written Test (85%) + GD/Interview (15%).
